Our dedicated servers are based in the Blue Square datacentre at Maidenhead. Some standard features include:

- 24/7/365 Security
- On site personnel around the clock
- UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply)
- Advanced fire detection suppression systems
- Temperatures kept at a constant 21°C ± 2°C

All our game and voice servers use Windows Server 2003 and all web servers run on Linux.

There is no unplanned downtime of any kind.

Each server has a 100mbit connection allowing for the lowest possible pings as well as the fastest downloads available.

The Company

LinXhosting has grown at an exponential rate since its creation due to our outstanding service and quality servers. Our network is expanding every day, the introduction of new services such as additional games, webhosting and VoIP (Voice over internet protocol) have only helped to increase our rate of growth. Despite this we still offer a personal and professional experience to each and every client no matter how big or small they may be.

Unlike many other hosts where a response can take hours, or even days, our response time is instant via support methods such as Live Support. We also cater for you with more traditional means of contact such as tickets, emails and of course our forums.

Our hardware is amongst the best in the industry whilst many GSPs (Game service providers) use sub standard hardware on which to host servers, we use only the very best available and are continually upgrading them with our ever expanding network to ensure we're always ahead of the competition. The minimum specs for all our machines running all our services are Quad Core Intel 2.4Ghz (Per Core) running with no less than 4Gb RAM.

None of our servers are overloaded in anyway shape or form and we have multiple servers for each service that we provide. This means nothing is shared or mixed and your gaming experience will never be interrupted, laggy or slow.

We hope to build a certain rapport with our clients instead of rushing them through, we want you to enjoy the support and service we provide for you. All of our sales, support and admin teams are in the UK and nothing is out sourced to foreign countries. We do however offer support in other languages such as French and German.
